Free Clarity Session

We’ll start with a free session to feel each other out and decide if we’re a fit  to working together (Does it feel like a relaxed environment, Can things be spoken about and make you feel at ease?)  I’ll ask you what you want from coaching and what it is you’re looking for .  You’ll have the chance to experience my coaching in our time together. You will have my undivided attention for 45 minutes. This is going to be the first step to making a positive change. Congratulate yourself, give yourself a hug and a pat on the back.

Explore Session

I’ll work with you to on a few tasks that would have been allocated before the session, I will reconnect you with your values and what it is you want out of life. My approach is to look at what you are currently doing and who are are to what you want to be doing and who you want to be, I’ll support and guide you in closing that gap.

Ongoing Coaching

Our coaching sessions will happen via audio or a video call (which ever works better for you) on a schedule that works exclusively works for you. Each coaching call will happen once a week or at a pace that works for you. There is no rush in the road to recovery.  I may give you some light homework to do before our next session, so you are in charge and get to experience the satisfaction of carrying yourself on the journey. The work allows you too look back at how far you’ve come.

Sometimes your homework will be action-oriented, and sometimes it will be an internal reflection.

Midpoint Check-In

We will have a check up halfway through your coaching package, this is to look at your original reasons for seeking coaching. This helps us ensure whether we are going in the right direction and to make adjustments where necessary. Is there more that you want? Or perhaps less? How is it going so far?

Completion and Celebration

We’ll look back and celebrate all of the ways you’ve grown during our time together. We’ll also look at your next steps and how to weave in what you’ve learned and shifted in your mindset, choices and actions.
